Victory Masters Commission is entering into its second decade of equipping, empowering and sending the next generation. We as a leadership team, have heard the call of God to re-evaluate and re-invent our discipleship programme. The aim is to take the best practices out of our previous ten years experience and build a programme based on that foundation that is focused and powerful.

Thus, the three core aspects of our training will be: Spiritual Growth, Leadership Development and Outdoor Adventure. The idea is to take the classroom outdoors and disciple students in an environment that is fun, adventurous and challenging. Leadership training is practical and therefore we want our students to experience what they learn. Whilst being equipped in leadership, students will have the privilege of being part of a local body and learn the value of church and family life.

Therefore, from January 2011 a brand new curriculum will be presented at VMC.

Due to the nature of the upgrades to the course, budget changes have been implemented and we can guarantee the added value of what has been presented is well worth the investment into the student’s life.
